Wishing you a Big ole Happy Dad's Day!!

We hosted a Father's Day BBQ at our place. It was nice to get everyone together. As usual the kids ran wild, we ate good food, drank yummy wine, and caught up on each others lives. It was nice. I am tired. I feel fortune to have some pretty awesome guys in my life. Happy Father's day to all the daddy's out there!

We are settled - At least for the most part. Of course we still have decorating and a few odds and ends to pick up, but for the most part we are in. I love where we live. I feel perfectly happy.

Here are the top 2 reasons why life is good. Ahhh..........it feels good to say that. Life was bumpy for far too long. Feeling happy feels good.

Our nanny Jessica is wonderful. I feel fortunate to have her watching the girls. She goes above and beyond what I expected. She does my dishes, vacuums, and laundry all while loving my babies. She takes them on fun "field trip". They've gone to the petting zoo, water park, children's museum, and a ferry ride to Whidbey. I can't say enough much I appreciate how much she does for our family.

I get to see friends. It doesn't have to be a special occasions. I feel so close. After 9 years of traveling I am close enough for people to stop by. Karli picked ME up the other day! When you live in the middle of nowhere NO one ever picks you up. It felt nice.

Our new home.

Evenings at the waterfront.
The girls ask (well Lilah) to go eat dinner at " the new boat park".

Play dates with my besties.
MaKana and Kai (Erika), Lilah, and Kailey(Kelsey)

Ferry ride to Whidbey Island.
Lilah, Geogia, and Rosemary ( Jessica's daughter). Lilah and Rosemary were in daycare together since they were infants. They are 4 months apart. I felt bad "stealing" Jessica from our daycare, but its been the best thing ever.
